The voice recognition does not recognize my words or only after several tries.
This feature still needs some improvements to be fully functional. It is based on Google's voice search and is at times not 100% reliable. Meanwhile, to improve the recognition rate, it is advisable to make a ringtone without words and not interfering with functionality. Moreover, it is better to properly articulate the keyword "STOP" and "SNOOZE". Finally, speech recognition is currently functional in English and French.
How to use speech recognition?
For now, to stop the alarm, simply say "STOP". To make a snooze, then you simply say "SNOOZE". Other voice features should emerge soon.
Can I change the keywords for speech recognition?
This feature will soon be available once certain corrections. We indeed an honor to have a voice recognition rate above 98%.
The voice recognition does not work.
First, make sure not to be in airplane mode. Indeed, speech recognition (such as weather or information) needs an Internet connection to work.
Make sure you have the library speech recognition enabled. Click the menu button (when you are on the page listing all the alarm clocks) then "Settings". Then click on "Test reco.vocale". If no voice search window appears, then you do not have the necessary libraries. WakeVoice directly install it if you're on Android 2.1. Otherwise, you can go to the Market and search for "Voice search" (Android 2.2 minimum), "Voice search" or "Voice Recognition".
